A few years ago, I began noticing how much interesting work was being created around me that never seemed to find a home beyond social media feeds and university projects. Underline started as a conversation between friends about the kind of work we wanted to see more of and the difficulty of finding places to share it.
Underline is an independent platform for photography, film and written work. A space for emerging and established contributors to share projects, perspectives and stories that sit outside the mainstream.
Our first collection of work brings together photographers, filmmakers and writers from different backgrounds, each contributing their own voice and way of seeing. I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who trusted us with their work and helped shape this first chapter.
Over the coming months we’ll continue publishing new projects, contributor spotlights and original work across art, music and life.
