League Of Rebelz (O2 Bristol)
April 8, 2026
This was a last minute chance where I did videography and photography for The League Of Rebelz at the O2 in Bristol. It was still to this day one of the best gigs I’ve covered and have managed to meet some incredible people from it.

Jimi The Rodie
This photo was taken at the start off the show! Jimi who when I first met him that night told me he was just the rodie, came up on stage to introduce The League Of Rebelz. It later turned out that he was a mentor to them as well as having many more achievments for that likes of, playing with Sade, Dennis Brown, Dawn Penn, Julian Marley and many more.
Yan'denge's Wink
Yan'denge is one of four members of the band of blood brothers. In this show he primarily stayed on bass but all of the brothers know each others instruments to a high level. Whilst I was taking pictures from the pit Yan'denge turned to me with his guitar giving me a wink. I told him after the show that the shot did him justice.
Yan'denge Jamming
Yan'denge brought a lot of energy onto the stage which I was a massive fan of!
Yaway To From The East
Yaway was actually a few months younger than me and the youngest of the four. You wouldn't believe he was 19 at the time with the presence he brought to the stage. One of the main singers and extremely humble off the stage.
Band Pratice Yaway
Before the show, The League Of Rebelz were rehearsing which allowed me to become comftorable with them before the show started. This picture is one of the first times Yaway noticed the camera with me in the corner standing akwardly.
Yan'denge Band Pratice
Yan'denge was one of the first out of the four who I spoke to as he was sitting on the AMP strumming away on his bass.
Judah On the Drums
Juda had a very cool presence on the drums and believed that would be where all his skills lie, Later on he showed the audience his versaltility
Yaseed Rocking
Yaseed had a very cool look, In my eyes it was a cross between old school reggae vibe with a glimpse of rock. His energy was incredible and was playing on the keyboard and guitar.
Judah Boogie
I was told by the other photographer to keep an eye out for,"Boogie Woogie Reggae". I wasnt sure what to expect but it exceeded all my expecations.
